appointment yesterday.
The receptionist was very good and my treatment by giving me some Antibiotics was Perfect.

Reception staff are lovely and always very welcoming, my dentist Sohail and his assistant are absolutely great, they are genuinely very polite and also very welcoming, kept me informed throughout my treatment and also done a great job. Even had to stop myself from laughing during my last session 😂

Bedford House Dental Practice
Reception staff are very friendly which makes a big difference if you are a nervous patient like me!
Dentist was almost 15 mins late - again not helpful when nervous.
However he was both considerate and communicative and I was happy with his care and involving me in the next step.

Delightful
Dr Hamish is always delightful and makes visiting the dentist a positive experience. He explains everything so well and takes the time to show you your XRays and tell you what he is looking out for.
The reception staff are always smiling and polite too.

“I had an excellent experience at dental house in Bedford. The entire staff was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety. The clinic was clean, modern, and welcoming, and I never felt rushed during my visit. A very friendly and helpful team!
I was very nervous about having the work I needed doing on my teeth, but my dentist is brilliant. She’s very reassuring and I’m completely confident in her ability. She put me at ease, listened to my concerns and kept me updated throughout. At my request she even played music to help distract me from the noise of some of the instruments.
The staff here are always cheerful and friendly and it’s a relaxing atmosphere.
Highly recommended!
