Understanding staff
Understanding staff. Hamid and Kimberly put me at ease every time I see them. I had a huge fear of dentists before I went to Bedford House Dental. The staff are friendly and understanding. I am currently going through the process of having teeth removed and dentures fitted. The process has been easy to understand with lots of options given. No pain when multiple teeth were removed and good aftercare service. 11 out of 10 given.

All the staff are very nice
The resident dentist Hamish was very welcoming, professional and instilled a lot of confidence and reassurance for my dental health. All the staff are very nice in the practice.

My experience
Very good service as always, but this time was terribly expensive!!
£390 for a check up and a very small filling. When questioned, I was informed that I am a private patient and the filling was actually for 2!

Reception team were very lovely & welcoming. Hamish was amazing, super friendly and truly the best dentist! His nurse Kimberley made me feel very comfortable, super friendly and did a brilliant job of suctioning. Would highly recommend this practice!

My experience
The receptionist was extremely rude. Called this morning to cancel my appointment due to a family bereavement, she showed no remorse and was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. She told me she was happy to cancel my appointment but was also going to remove me from the list to book future appointments which is disgusting. So for this reason I attended my appointment and informed her of how disappointed and disgusted I was with her customer service skills and was in fact told by her colleagues it was her first day. This receptionist needs further training on how to deal with her customer service skills because she was unprofessional and in fact un-educated in my opinion. Will be putting in a formal complaint and taking it further.

Really impressed
I attended this practice as an emergency. The dentist was excellent in explaining everything he did and showed me the X-ray which is something my normal dentist has never done. Really impressed and thank you.

Amazing extraction
My experience was amazing, got a tooth extraction, it was quick and easy, i felt at ease by the dentist and receptionists! i was talked through it step by step, they are a brilliant dental team!
