The receptionists are always kind and understanding, I have post traumatic stress and severe anxiety. Often have panic attack or I freeze and my mind goes blank. The Scottish Dentist is amazing, he told me I grind my teeth, previous dental Practice never told me in 34 years. When my gums were badly infected when I was very unwell he prescribed a special toothpaste to ease gum inflammation for deep clean, previous dentist would deep clean knowing I was in pain and woudn't be bothered, it was about getting the maximum funds. This dentist took his time over 3 sessions my teeth were fine. His manner is very reassuring. For the first time ever in 34 years I have not gripped the Dentist chair. This Dental service gives reminder calls and text messages which is brilliant if you are forgetful. They have no problems if you phone and the bus is running late as they will fit the next patient in. Can't fault the respect and treated with dignity at all times.

I was welcomed by a lovely friendly receptionist, I am a very anxious patient and having a lovely chat with the receptionist kept me relaxed and not thinking about my appointment.
My dentist was amazing! I had to have a filling but she didn’t rush me and she took it steady and kept stopping to give me a break.

My appointment originally was Dec ‘22 but it was cancelled last minute. When I tried to rebook, the earliest I could get that was out of school hours, was June. A week before THAT appointment rolled around, it was cancelled again. So I basically waited a very long time to get an appointment that was out of school hours, only to end up with one that wasn’t.
