I had to attend this practice for some emergency dental treatment as directed by 111. From the initial phone call to make the appointment to the treatment I received, it couldn't have been more pleasant.
The dentist I had explained every step of the treatment I was to receive and if I were a nervous person, would've put me at ease.

I was given an emergency {evening} appointment with a dentist within just a few hours from calling. The dentist was very gentle & explained everything clearly. All staff were friendly & professional.

I broke my tooth and within 2 hours it was fixed. No wait either. Absolutely amazing the dentist was south African I think. He took xray fixed the problem and I was all done before the actual appointment time.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Sadia, throughout my treatment, she was professional, constantly explained what was going on, and maintained an open-door policy in case anything went wrong or if I had any questions. She also went above and above to make sure I had the greatest resources so my treatment wouldn't be delayed! the 5 stars are for DR SADIA.

I couldn't find any practice all fully booked and I started to panic, then I called here and Alex was amazing, not her fault but they were fully booked and no available dentists in their Luton branch, yet I moved to Bedford and thought why not book with them sadly it's not possible but Alex reassured me, gave me advice and I felt at ease.
A wonderful lady and a credit to the practice, the only lovely lady, other practices don't seem to care and just want to get rid of you. Not great when they will need us customers, as I'll remember them. Alex this practice seems to do their best in Luton and Bedford.
So thank you Alex 💖 A kind and wonderful lady, willing to help even if you aren't registered with their branch 💖

This dental surgery provided some of the best care I have ever experienced, and I’ve seen a few dentists over the years!
From the incredibly polite and efficient multitasking service from Hanifa, both on the phone and in person, to the dental nurse and the dentist himself, I was treated so politely and efficiently I felt relaxed and comfortable and who ever feels like that at the dentist?!!
When I complimented Hanifa on her fantastic customer service and multitasking skills this was immediately echoed from a waiting patient.
I needed an emergency appointment and was lucky enough to get one on a Sunday morning. To receive such fantastic service over the weekend when so many people would still be in bed is another example of the professionalism of all staff.

Really happy with the practice. Called this morning to get an emergency appointment. Receptionist I spoke to was very helpful and kind. Upon arrival there was a warm welcome by the reception team. The Dental Nurse and the Dentist were both very professional and attentive. I received emergency treatment and was given advice. Local pharmacy round the corner for any prescription collection.
