My experience here was only one of fantastic Customer Service. The Dentist was so professional & caring I couldn't fault the Dentist or the nurse. Although an emergency appointment I was seen quickly, with respect, & not just treated like a number, like so many other Dentists I've tried. Also not forgetting the lovely receptionist nothing was too much trouble. I do not understand the negative reviews on here either. One happy patient.

Not my usual dentist but I was in a lot of pain from an abscessed tooth. Called 8am on Sunday morning, seen before 11 and service was superb. Lovely dentist and very professional. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here

A lot of people are giving 1* reviews merley cause they couldnt get an appointment, where yes, that sucks, its hardly the fault of the practice they are busy. the FACt they ARE busy means they already have many trusted clients.
I myself can not fault them, I am terrified of sych places but due to infections I managed both times to get appointments in emergancy, one time their private dentist even offered NHS prices so i could be seen.
I am very thankful for being understanding of my fears and worrys and not judging me. I know if I ever have a problem I will go to them

I have been seeing Eshwari Kawsar at this surgery and I cannot recommend her or her colleagues enough. I am a highly anxious patient and she put me at complete ease. I have never had dental treatment done without sedatives until now, that is how calming she has been. I am so grateful as now I feel relaxed and don't wait until the issue is terrible before I seek help.

Went to bedford house on Sunday for an emergency extraction and was treated with the utmost respect. I felt at ease for the first time in years sat in the chair. The dentist was very relaxed and just got on with the treatment. I was in terrible pain going in there and apprehensive due to poor treatment elsewhere in the past but was pleasantly treated and actually listened to. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone.

I don’t understand how this practice has such bad reviews. My experience with them was great!
Called for an emergency booking as suggested by 111, at 8 am, got one the following day.
Dr Hamish and his team deserve 10 stars, he is a brilliant doctor, made me feel at ease, explained everything and I am no longer dreading my next dentist visit.
The girls at reception are equally nice, you get several text messages reminding you of your appointment as well as a call to make sure you will attend.
All in all, I definitely recommend this practice! Amazing service!

Well I don't share the views as the majority do on here.
I had to book an emergency appointment, they got me booked in within a couple of days. The receptionist, dental nurse and dentist could not have been more polite, kind and reassuring. The only thing I would have negative to say is they can't take me on as an NHS patient yet.

Rang the dentist after suffering immense pain in my tooth. Couldnt eat or sleep for 2 days. Prescribed anti biotics to fight any infection, and kept checking up on me.
Went in today for an extraction, and was the best extraction I have ever had. Felt no pain at all, and the dentist (South African dude) was brilliant.
I hope that he stays here, as it will defo put my mind at ease for any further treatment, I may need.

Have been in pain for about 7 weeks during this lockdown after 3 lots of antibiotics I decided to ring NHS 111 got an emergency dentist to ring got booked in for 1pm today following all precautions, met with nurse and Hamish who were very calming,caring and very professional and TOOTH IS NOW OUT!!!!! Thank you so much for looking after me first class service 😊😊😊👍

Impressive dental practice with qualified, diligent and high functioning staff. Although it is probably due to uncontrollable factors on the day, waiting times can sometimes be lengthy. My timed appointment, once, went over an hour. Generally, they are on time though.

I went to this dentist for the first time this past week. The receptionists were very helpful. I was very impressed with the dental care I received. The lady dentist I saw was excellent. She was very gentle, probably the gentlest I have ever seen for carrying out fillings, but especially the scale and polish. The pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend!
