The staff are always happy, friendly and each time I've been, I haven't waited long to be seen. They explain what they are going to do and how much it will cost. They are happy to answer any questions and put people at ease. Great place.

I had an appointment this morning after registering as an NHS patient. Tolu and the dental nurse he was working with (she was a very kind hijabi- sorry I didn’t get your name!), were both amazing and reassuring. At a different practice I’d had a really bad experience and developed a lot of anxiety surrounding dental work.
They were very calm with me and when I needed some time to collect myself, gave me some space and water. I didn’t feel as if I was rushed and I felt like I could ask questions about the treatment I would need. I am happy with my experience today

My experience with the hygienist in recent years is that my gums were left sore for at least a week after treatment. I didn't have that this time.
