First appointment at this practice
My first appointment at this practice. I saw a dentist, Gita. Friendly reception, saw the dentist on time. Nurse talked about health. Dentist welcoming and explained what she was doing.

Wootton Dental Centre
Reception was polite and friendly, hygienist appointment started roughly on time (08:30). Hygienist was quite blunt, and felt like my whole mouth was filling up with water during treatment.
Dentist was running around 15 minutes late, started at approximately 0920 instead of 0905, so had to wait between appointments, but only in there for 5-10 minutes as my teeth had already been cleaned, and saw yet another dentist as it seems to be a different one every time I go.
Then I was charged £138 for the privilege?!
Hygienist is now £83, and this is a ridiculous price, and will deter me from booking again. Then on top, a £30 deposit was required to book another appointment, is this the price of looking after your teeth, especially as now the time with the dentist is much shorter as teeth were already checked?!

Staff were outstanding
The counter staff were outstanding, a young man who had recently started was polite and extremely helpful and worked well with his more experienced colleague.
She provided support whilst explaining what needed to be done.
The surgery was clean, including the toilet.
The environment was relaxed and all staff were professional in their approach to clients, in particular the two counter staff, they ensured the clients were able to access their appointment on time, or were slightly late.
