Wootton Dental Centre

The computers went down - which of course is no fault of the staff, however when they ignore people waiting and just talk over the reception at each other, talking about how they’re all going for a dinner so this is annoying for them, that’s when I have an issue. When a dentist came in from their room to ask what was going on, as they didn’t fully understand, the receptionist spoke to her as if she was stupid and was so publicly rude! Rolled their eyes and continued to ignore the people in the waiting room. As if our waiting was an additional inconvenience to their day. The dentist I had was very apologetic and polite. The reception staff, however (apart from the woman on the phone to IT, trying to deal with the problem) were rude and loud-mouthed.

Seen very quickly, amazing service

The receptionist was amazing helping me with a a problem with my daughter having had an accident on holiday, she was helpful, caring and an asset to this practice. We were seen very quickly, amazing service. Thank you very much.

Welcoming and reassuring

My dentist was welcoming and reassuring. Non-judgemental (I’ve not been to the dentist for ages ). And quickly communicated the treatment plan. I think her name was Gita.
The reception team seemed stressed. Guess it's like everywhere, short-staffed.

Nothing, got nowhere, went with toothache, came away with same, they can’t find whats wrong, got a paper to go John Radcliffe when I can’t had to go sick for this appointment.
