I was kicked if the nhs list with no notice as the dentist no longer does nhs patients. I was given no option but to go private.
This is appalling and frankly goes against nhs guidelines

We completely appreciate your concerns. However, please note that our dentists operate on a self-employed basis, and the decision to transition to private care ultimately lies with them.
We do offer practice plans with affordable monthly payments, which may help make private treatment more accessible. Additionally, we’re happy to place you on our priority waiting list for NHS appointments as soon as they become available.

Very grateful patient
The whole team were fantastic, called at 8am with raging tooth ache/ jaw pain. The receptionist squeezed me in. The dentist communicated with me every step of the way - I am a nervous patient! Even had a 2nd opinion from another dentist who completed my temporary treatment with a follow up appointment in 2 days time. The dentists assistant also gave me reassurances on the procedures. Felt in safe hands. Every member of staff was polite and professional. Very grateful patient. Thank you to all the team who went the extra mile today.

Treated with dignity and respect
Gita was very understanding of my mother's needs, she kept both of us informed about what she was doing.
There was no pressure and we understood everything that she explained. My questions were answered fully and we were treated with dignity and respect and kindness at every step, thank you

The dentist Lucia, was absolutely lovely, informative and professional. Unfortunately, I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time, with no warning when I arrived.
