Had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time. But not a problem really. I found the dentist to be friendly and polite. She gave me advice on flossing , which I will take on board. Also the receptionist was very friendly.

My experience
Late seeing me. Receptionist did apologise and was very friendly.
Dentist not so friendly, almost felt I was wasting her time. Quite poor communication, didn’t explain things thoroughly until I asked. I get it’s a routine appointment but building a rapport with patients and education them as to what you're diagnosing would be ideal.

Two fillings
I was there for two fillings. Both were deep and not straightforward. My Dentist considered the options available and then sought further advice from a colleague. She then clearly and helpfully explained the options and the possible long term outcomes for me and these teeth. Miss Shah was excellent, and she has managed to do both fillings today taking great care. Thank you so much.
