Appointment was on time again; lovely relaxed experience with the hygienist. I was dreading it only based on what other people had said about having a good clean done, elsewhere though, I had no hesitation booking my next appointment.

Welcoming and caring

Shafrin is always very welcoming and caring, I actually like going to the Dentist now and I have never said that before.
Also the nurse and receptionists that I met couldn’t have been more helpful and they were having a very busy day.

A very satisfied customer

I was given plenty of time during my appointment to answer various questions I had. Everything was explained to me. Advice given and I didn't feel I was rushed through in any way. I was given 2 exrays then a third to confirm. A very satisfied customer.

Incredibly reassuring

Excellent service. Prompt booking from a sympathetic reception staff member when booking, and Gita is so quick and helpful as a dentist who really looks after her patients and is an incredibly reassuring presence

The Hygienist listened to my worries about painful past experiences & made a special effort to help me, including applying numbing cream. Great advice too.
Gita, my dentist, also carried out a thorough check up of my teeth, gums & mouth. She always listens carefully to me.
Thank you both very much, as I am rather nervous about dental visits!
