Gita did a thorough check of my top left hand side & could not find where my small tooth chip had come from. A mystery! There was no charge for the examination which was very kind of her.

Wootton Dental Centre

Having just attended my check-up, I was told I am.unable to.rebook with my dentist as she is now no longer NHS. I now have no dentist and I am not registered with a dentist as they’ve put me on a waiting list for a new NHS dentist. I was not informed of this in advance hence I am gobsmacked at how unprofessionel this practice is being managed. Ive always had great seevice from the dentists and hygienist but this has really infuriated me and my family.

My experience

I was supposed to have an appointment to get a filling done for my tooth but they gave me a quick check up. Which I had over a month ago with the same dentist. Just a waste of money and time.

My experience

It feels like my local dentist has turned into a door to door sales man!
All it seems to want to do is sell various mouth hygiene products/finance plans and by refusing to keep me as an NHS patient make money. I feel as a hub of the local community to cash in on people’s bad health is extremely unjust. I hope you will review this situation especially as there are so many poor and vulnerable people in today’s society.
Shame on you!

Very efficient 1st nhs check up with this practice. Proffessional and efficient. Was informed of options available, shown xrays, treated with kindness and respect.
Have also seen the hygienist who did an excellent thorough job despite my very sensitive teeth. So glad we moved to this practice.
