Chipped Front Tooth
I was seen by Gita as I had chipped my front tooth, on further examination it was in fact two of the front teeth that were chipped. Gita saw me quite quickly and I had two fillings which now look as good as new. I had a very friendly, professional service and would highly recommend Wootton Dental Services.

Poor time keeping
Appointments had been brought forward over the last 2 weeks beforehand and on the day just under 3 hours before. Notification only by email, no call so nearly didn't make an appointment as work til late and don't have access to emails or texts until finished. Book appointments at times that work around work so bringing them forward without checking is not ok. Then got there to be told running 10 mins late and was actually half hour after appointment time I actually went in.
However would like to compliment the receptionist she was really helpful and polite and apologetic.

Family check up
We had a family check up booked today. Unfortunately my son wasn't feeling well this morning. Phoned at 8.15am expecting an answer machine but it was answered by a very helpful gentleman who cancelled his appointment. When my husband and I arrived for our appointment I presume the same gentleman was on reception. Very polite and helpful. Informed us our dentist was running late and were we ok to wait. Dealt with us very professionally. He deserves a raise!

I turned up 10mins early for my 17.40 appt and was seen spot on time. An easy filling with no pain relief by request and all done in literally 10 minutes. Friendly fast and efficient....no complaints from me. Check up in 6 months. Thank you.

An amazing composite filling
The receptionist was really nice, understanding and extremely polite. It was my first time today meeting Dr Kodavali, who also was very polite and understanding of the treatment I needed, I was very lucky to have been a patient of Dr Kodavali she made me feel at ease and did an amazing composite filling on my upper left 1, there is no more sensitivity and I can now smile with confidence.
