Filling not done properly
I was not happy with temp filling that I had done a month ago so the dentist put another filling on top of the temporary one. I originally asked for a proper filling not a temporary one but this was not allowed. So consequently I had to pay for filling twice. And was told it may fall out.

On arrival for my Appointment I was told that my dentist had phoned in sick. No phone call, Text, email to me. Appointment was found after I said that I would accept another day free of charge.

Lovely accommodating staff
My appointment had been cancelled but I hadn’t been notified. I turned up with my 7 month old baby to be told the dentist was off sick. The lovely guy on reception managed to squeeze me in with a dentist called Gita who was amazing! Even though it was a last minute appointment it wasn’t rushed and all investigations including X-rays were thoroughly carried out. I’m so impressed with the service from all members of staff. Thank you.

Went for a check up. The dentist is a very nice person but it was the quickest check up I have ever had AND it included a couple of X-rays.
Didn’t really feel like a proper check up but other than that I have no complaints, just an observation.

Emergency appointment
Receptionist very helpful when I rang to warn him I would be late due to traffic holdups. Gita was very efficient, x-rayed the problem & discussed options with me. As a fairly new patient, I find this a welcoming friendly place. The oeople all seem to get on & it's a lovely atmosphere. Pouring with rain so the "wet floor" notice was prominently displayed.

Quick, efficient and friendly visit
Having been greeted by a friendly receptionist I was quickly called through to the dentist where I was greeted by the lovely friendly dentist and her assistant. After a quick and efficient appointment, I left after paying for my treatment. All within 15 mins.
