Best dentist I’ve had

Absolutely the best dentist I have ever had, she helped me understand my medication and how it was effecting my teeth.

Exceptional treatment

Great treatment and care here. Shafrin is exceptional. He is very kind, calm and explains everything. He puts you at complete ease. A wonderful dental practice.

Hygienist

I brought my son today to see Maria the hygienist 3.30 I absolutely love her and I wasn’t seeing her.
She talked to my son and explained everything, I even learned stuff myself, she was considerate and caring, she made sure my son was happy every step of the way, she was fun and very engaging, what an ASSET she is to your team, she worked great with her colleague, amazing team work.
You see new faces all the time.
I really hope she is a face here to stay if I had to give her a score it would be a 100 absolute star, thank you.

Re fixing a veneer.

I only rang in the morning and was given an appointment for the afternoon. I was attended to promptly and with are and the veneer was soon back in place with instructions to be careful with it for the next 24 hours.

Having complained about the practice several times it’s only fair to say our experience was better today. Not friendly or welcoming but at least efficient and not rude, I’d say that’s progress!
