Nervous patient
As a very nervous patient visiting the dentist is not top of my favourite past times. However the staff at this practice are outstanding at putting you at ease.
All procedures are discussed with you and a dental plan put in place. My fear of dentists still exists, but the staff here really do make sure that you are looked after.

Quite chaotic
I was grateful to get an appointment at such short notice, however I was late being seen for my appointment & my prescription had the wrong date of birth on it & I have been given someone else’s personal dental treatment plan. I tried calling the practice to alert them about the data protection breach but can’t get through.

Slightly Disappointing
Dentist was running an hour late due to emergencies during the day. The dental nurse wasn’t friendly or welcoming, didn’t seem to know what she was doing and after plaque removal I wasn’t offered water to rinse out or a tissue to clean myself with - I had to ask for water but no tissue was provided. Discussed a mouth guard due to teeth grinding and a mould was fitted at the appointment which was helpful.
Dentist and receptionist were friendly and helpful. Receptionist was keeping people informed of unexpected delays.

My teeth have never been cleaner
Ann John was very understanding and empathic. She gently removed the stains from my teeth and frequently checked I was ok. My teeth have never been cleaner. I hope Ann stays with the practice as there has been frequent turnover of staff in recent years. I would recommend Ann as a hygienist.
