The whole process was very good, receptionist was very efficient, I was seen on time, Shafrin the dentist is very good, it’s a shame he is moving on. I have used the practice for many years and will continue to do so.

Recommended
The staff were pleasant & helpful. The dentist I saw was thorough in her examination & offered to find out if my present denture could be sent away & tightened. She prepared me for possible future treatment that may be required for a front tooth that appeared to be wobbly but was at present giving no discomfort.
I would recommend the Wootton Dental care to others.

Exceptional Hygienist
I thought the New Hygienist was exceptional. He clearly knows what he’s doing.. at 62 yrs of age and having been to hygienists since being 30, he is the best I’ve encountered.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful receptionists, Tanya and Kate. Fantastic service from Lucia yet again. This was only maybe the 2nd/3rd time I’d seen her but she remembered me and made me feel so welcome and relaxed.

Actual dental examination was fine and included a descale. However, 40 minute delay for my 10 am appointment, called in at 10.40 am. No explanation from the dentist and brief apology. I expressed dissatisfaction at reception staff NOT informing patients that there would be a delay when they checked in on arrival. This is not acceptable.

I went to Wooton dental surgery yesterday 22/03/2026 as an emergency appointment. I saw Tolu and can say how impressed I was with his patience, and professionalism. I had a tooth extraction and 24 hrs lately I have no pain. The receptionist was/is very patient and very helpful with me. I have now registered with Wooton Dental Surgery. Well done to all the staff I met yesterday.
