My experience

In advance reception staff gave an incorrect price over the phone. But corrected that when in person.
Hygienist was welcoming.
But didn’t inform at the end of the appointment about why advice was being given on return visits, or consequences of not following advice.

Today and in fact the last several appointments have been superb. Service, friendliness all good. I have been with this dentist for around 20 years, I've had one issue which was about 10 years ago that was sorted quickly and amicably. Very pleased with treatment today and almost always 👌
