The Hyjenist within this practice is particularly very good.
She really deserves the 5 stars but unable to do that due the the mould around the window/frame. Has been there for many years now, makes me uneasy.
Really warrants a brand new window.

My son and I felt at ease

Friendliness of the reception staff, dentist and assistant. Smiling faces and a jovial environment made for a relaxing appointment. My son and I felt at ease and very much looked after.

My experience

The dentistry was very good, dentist and hygienist, but the billing side and reception leave a lot to be desired, overcharged last time then told it was too difficult to do a refund and advised to leave it on my account. No record on my account when I came to pay today and whilst they eventually agreed my last payment was overcharged they said they couldn’t work out where the money had gone so still wanted to charge me. If it wasn’t for the fact it is so hard to find a dentist I would consider moving.
