Great staff and dentists, always very welcoming. I managed to get an emergency appointment as had been in chronic pain over the weekend, fingers crossed the dentist has found the problem and have received a prescription for fluoride toothpaste and instructions how to deal with the issue. Very grateful to be able to see Shafrin.

I arrived early for my appointment and the dentist saw me earlier, new dentist for me took X-rays and explained the X-rays at the end of my appointment.

My experience
I had great difficulty understanding the lady's accent, she had to carry out running repairs twice during my visit as was having problems with the equipment.
On a side note, I was disappointed to see the beautiful fish tank was gone and really surprised to see that you’ve also removed the water dispenser.

My experience
While the treatment was OK I would have preferred to have been told that my usual dentist (Shafrin) was not available!
There is no message on my mobile and no indication of a missed call on my landline.
