Visiting the Hygienist
Visited the hygienist today and was seen on time. Good & effective treatment. It would have been useful to have been told beforehand about the increase in charges. I could not see them displayed in the waiting room.

Pleasant helpful receptionist and dentist with not too long a wait. It would be nice if subtitles were shown on TV to pass time while waiting.

Good, clear advice
Really professional, good, clear advice on how to take more care of my teeth, and very thorough. I had a check up with Dr Yang. I came away thinking that was probably the best dental check up I've ever had.

Emergency treatment for a broken tooth
I broke a tooth, fortunately it wasn't painful; Wotton Dental Centre saw me within a couple of days and did a very good temporary repair. I was booked in for a more permanent fix within three weeks. Further the treament was covered by the NHS. All in all a very good response.

Caring and extremely efficient
Molly - on reception was excellent. Whilst I was waiting for my appointment, I could hear and see how she interacted with patients in person and on the telephone. She was so busy yet so calm, very caring and extremely efficient.
Rama - dentist, as always, so patient and reassuring with me - I’m an anxious patient, so I’m so relieved when I see it is she who deals with me.

My experience
The dentist was very rude. They had the wrong name on the system and she kept saying there’s something wrong. I had already told her I was an anxious patient. She made me go out to the receptionist to ask them to change it to the correct person. She took offense when she saw on my record I prefer the other dentist. She shouted at me I see 80-100 patients one less will make no difference to me. Very rude and heavy handed.
