An appointment next day
Was very grateful to be offered an appointment next day and then seen by a lovely dentist. Very thankful to have an nhs dentist. I don’t know what you’ve done recently but a huge improvement to a year ago when I ended up with an abscess for nearly a week before I was seen.

This review was for treatment around October last year (2024), I think, but it seems to have failed to post. I was very pleased with the excellent experience - another of many - and did not want my views to be lost.

Absolutely excellent - very many thanks to Jodi in particular, her assistant and your gentle receptionist.
Was concerned about a just-broken, wedged-in chunk of tooth, fearing biting down might lead to it smashing another one.
Was invited to come immediately.
Minimal wait, then asked to go in.
Jodi said it was actually a dislodged filling, done recently, and would be fixed under guarantee!
I left a previous dentist because I suspected being over-charged, over-treated and that the treatment was actually introducing more problems medium-term.
Jodi's expertise and integrity, and the general approach of the Wooton team, have, in total contrast, been utterly exemplary.

Lady was quite gentle and gave me some Teepee for the sizes. Would have liked a polish as my teeth were quite rough afterwards.
