My dentist has been very good from checkups to pulling a tooth out. Very kind and patient. The receptionist have been kind and helpful with appointments even emergency ones.

Wootton Dental Centre
The booking was a nightmare, completely messed around, the appointment was cancelled twice, and then when on the phone made it as if I caused the change of appointment when it wasn’t.
The waiting time was fine.
But once I was in the check-up room, I felt under pressure and the environment was not helpful for my anxiety and the way I was spoken to and treated wasn’t impressive coming from these “professionals” and felt like I never wanted to go back there again.

I saw Gita today. They were short of one nurse in the practice. But Gita was so friendly and managed my clean on her own all the time putting me at ease. She was the best dentist I have seen there for years.

With an appointment arranged for a root canal/extraction pending I became apprehensive about the treatment. A quick phone call provided a short face to face consultation appointment within 2 days. My dentist listened to my concerns, explained the possible treatment, showing me the procedure on screen, and together we agreed on how to proceed. Quick service, listened to my concerns, reassured me and took time to explain the situation in detail. Excellent service.
Also, the receptionist was very helpful, friendly, polite and efficient.
