I only had to wait a very short time and the checkup was quick. Staff were friendly.

Wootton Dental Centre
The receptionist made a joke of the fact I was paying in advance, then tried joking with my dentist about it. She even couldn't contain herself so was laughing. I was so embarrassed.
My student finance hasn't come in yet, and my card has had some problems with the PIN, so I wanted to pay up-front. I felt like I was being laughed at for not being as middle class as the usual clientele. Very elitist.

Fully satisfied
Gita conducted my routine check up professionally, & in a very friendly manner. I had an x Ray which found a filling requirement. The helpful people on reception booked that appointment in for two weeks time. Fully satisfied with the level of service yesterday.

Best appointment yet
The Dentist that I saw explained everything she was doing, the results of my x-ray, was very professional but very friendly and put me at my ease straight away. Best appointment yet for being friendly, efficient and informative. Felt so comfortable and not nervous (like I usually do).
