I had an appointment for the hygienist today which was cancelled via text which isn't ideal,perhaps a phone call would be better so you can organise another appointment there and then,as this isn't the first time and seems to have become the normal pattern every time I have the hygienist .saying that I also needed to have a extraction and Tanya and the young man who work on reception couldn't have been more helpful and went out of there way to find me a appointment and to fit me in at the end of the day.
