Check up.

My appointment was virtually on time and I entered a light airy room where the dentist and his nurse greeted me cheerfully.
I was asked to sit in the chair and given dark glasses to wear before tilting my chair back. I felt the dentist had a good check of my entire mouth an, teeth and gums. He also asked if I had any fresh problems since my last visit.

Wootton Dental Centre

Hygienist was 15 minutes late but then did a very good job and was very pleasant. The receptionist was very helpful. The cost of the treatment surprised me at £83 and then on top of that, I was required to pay another £30 to fix the next appointment. (I presume this is a deposit). This amount of money seemed excessive to me.

Hygienist

The hygienist is fabulous - tells you what she is doing. Gives good advice.
Receptionist is always in a hurry and can be quite brusque.

Extremely caring staff

Very friendly dentist and extremely caring staff for my elderly mum. They all put her at ease straight away, and she wasn't hurried in any way. Thank you.
