Wootton Dental Centre

I was impressed with the politeness and service and diligence of the staff, sadly though I was dismayed to find a price increase in the service that was implemented since I had paid a deposit. As I'd paid a deposit, essentially a contract was in place, as such the increase on the agreed price was illegal. That to be honest is not acceptable and I will be talking to the management and the pct about it as it’s a breach of contract law

Wootton Dental Centre

Excellent visit to hygienist, really thorough work. Thank you so much.
Checkup with dentist beforehand was very brief and rushed, (less than 5 mins I think) I’m not sure he checked all the teeth as thoroughly as in a normal checkup but he was obviously in a hurry and said everything was fine, so maybe it is nothing to worry about.

My experience

I had a 10am appointment with hygienist followed by a 10.30 check up with dentist. Checked in for 10.00 appointment, let reception know I had arrived, didn’t know I needed to check in again for 10.30 appointment. I sat for 1/2 waiting to be called!! System didn’t flag up that I was already in waiting room.
