Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

As a practice we take patient feedback seriously, learning from it and developing the service we provide our patients and I wish to apologise for your wait at your last appointment.

Our reception team always aim to inform patients of any delays upon arrival and update the patient if there are any changes to the expected delay. I apologise if we fell short on this occasion.

Fantastic

Nick and his dental nurse were fantastic. They were aware how terrified I was and treated me with care and compassion. I had quite complicated work undertaken and it was not the traumatic experience I’d geared myself up for. This was totally down to the skill of the dentist. Thank you.

The best dentist!
Cannot recommend highly enough, genuinely lovely people, nice fresh clean modern surgery, clearly explains what's going on with my and my family's teeth and are great with the children.
