Great, professional, expert treatment

I needed a complex procedure with a long appointment, Nick explained what had to be done which seemed a bit like finding a needle in a haystac,k the drilling from the pointed end to the base to clear up and finally repair. Incredible skill no wonder it takes years to become a dentist! Feels better already!

As usual Dominic was running on time and greeted me with a friendly smile and chat.
Always makes me feel at ease.
The chair had been cleaned prior to me sitting down. Everything is clean.
Dominic took his time over my teeth explaining what he was doing.
My teeth feel fabulous after my visit!

General check-up

Surprised to get to see Nic M yesterday, he's not my usual dentist. A quick check-up found no significant issues but Nic was extremely thorough with the examination and post exam explanations of his observations. Couldn't fault his approach nor attitude to treatment.

Dental Emergency

I have been a patient at this practice for several years and always found them helpful, friendly and efficient but this was my first time needing emergency care. I was seen quickly and Nick was empathetic, incredibly considerate and really kind in what for myself was a stressful and painful time. Thank you to the whole team. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. As a practice we take patient feedback seriously, learning from it and developing the service we provide our patients and I wish to apologise for your wait at today's appointment.

Our reception team always aim to inform patients of any delays upon arrival and update the patient if there are any changes to the expected delay. I apologise if we fell short on this occasion.

Unfortunately, whilst our clinicians always endeavor to keep to schedule there are occasions where either dental or medical emergencies cause unexpected delays.
