I have quite sensitive gums, so get nervous. Explained this to Liz , and she just seemed to know when the right time was to switch to manual treatment, which i find less painful.
Also, thank you to the lovely dental nurse who kept her eye on me, making sure i was OK.

Looked after so well
I had to have a tooth removed as it was completely cracked through. It was out in a jiffy and packed and stitched. I actually didn’t realise it was out ! I did feel rather faint after; I was really well cared for by both the nurse and the specialist dentist and not rushed to leave. I’m a bit of a wimp when it comes to medical procedures! They were absolutely lovely! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Overall an excellent, friendly and efficient experience from reception right through to treatment but at a price. With NHS treatment non existent you are faced with eye watering fees or deteriorating oral hygiene and care.

On Thursday I made an emergency appointment due to one of my teeth becoming very sensitive and painful when eating, drinking and during cleaning. The following day I was seen by Jas who advised that my tooth would need to be removed, I had suspected as much! Despite his nurse being unexpectedly absent, he agreed to remove the tooth without delay if I didn't mind him doing the work without the assistance; I was happy to agree. Having teeth removed is not something that I particularly enjoy, who does? But Jas did his customary excellent work, and the tooth was out in a few minutes with very little discomfort, it then became apparent that there had been an abscess under the tooth, hence the pain! Great job Jas, thank you.

Excellent service and response on the same day at short notice. I had a piece of tooth come away & needed it sorting asap before going on holiday the next day. Phoned up & got an appointment within hours & had the work done at the same time, excellent!

I was called in on time, and left on time. Liz explained the procedure and related well to me. The staff got on well together and the job was professionally done. I have sensory issues and the staff were respectful, this too which I appreciated.
