I've been booking in for regular hygiene visits with Elizabeth for about a year now and I cannot thank her enough for all her help during this time. My gums were not in good shape before. They were very puffy, inflamed and painful and the way they looked was starting to effect my confidence.

But right from the start, Elizabeth was never judgemental. She was kind and patient. She took the time to explain the cause in detail so I understood, and showed me exactly how I could maintain her hard work from home.

She's also very observant and noticed that some of my inflamation could be due to the natural parting in my lips and my breathing - this is something that nobody else had picked up on before.

She's always tailored her treatments to make them as gentle and pain-free as possible, particially during my first couple of visits when my gums were at their worst.

Now, the treatments are pretty much pain-free and I can visually see the impact of these sessions. My gums are becoming healthier with each visit and I will definitely keep booking in with Elizabeth to keep on top of them. I love the way my teeth and gums feel now!

I also think that the best thing about Bidford Dental Practice is how calm and friendly each member of staff is. At other dentists I've visited, the staff have always seemed so stressed - it used to make me feel stressed, too, and I always dreaded going. But this has never been the case at Bidford.

Caring and understanding approach to tooth removal. Checked my health was good prior to removal. Explained procedure post removal with written follow up.

I’m a bit anxious about some parts of hygiene visits but was put at ease and felt in control of each step.
Things were well explained and the initial inspection was excellent.
The scale and polish was really thorough and my teeth felt shiny and fresh and looked much cleaner afterwards.
The sensitive areas were handled carefully and I felt more confident in returning knowing it would be well catered for.

The dentist was fantastic, chatting to my teenager and explaining all stages clearly - putting him at ease.

I've a lot of experience with dentists ever since the terrifying school dentist in 1945 who wrecked my teeth. These last years with Nicholas have been the best ever. He has helped me overcome some real anxieties and led me through a carefully thought-out plan with great empathy and understanding and I am just so grateful! Thank you Nick!

Visited the practice today. I have one or two teeth that are very difficult to clean due to being out of line. Your hygienist really does do an amazing job along with the nurse they are a superb team. Felt comfortable right from start to finish. Came away feeling very positive and with a beaming smile, thanks guys already looking forward to my next visit.

Knowing that following this check up I would need treatment for a broken tooth I was given all the treatment options with a full explanation of what had happened and the advantages/disadvantages for each treatment option. Throughout I felt in control of my treatment decision, and as a very anxious dental patient, was treated with kindness and empathy throughout, Yet again I felt I mattered as a patient.

Yet another wonderful experience from my dentist. I always leave with a smile and the girls are lovely too.

I had to have an emergency appointment today and I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a young girl. But today, I met Nic who was absolutely amazing, so reassuring and gentle. He explained everything that was going to happen before, during and after and that really helped in keeping me a bit more calm. The dental nurse as well was so good and supportive. This was, although painful and the first step on my journey back to a healthier set of teeth, the best dentist I have ever been to. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this practice as they are all fantastic.

Fantastic dental clinic. As soon as you walk in, the staff are friendly and professional. Nick and Dominic are great and very careful. Been going there for 30+ years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
