I’ve been a patient for 40 years. The surgery is very clean & comfortable. Hygienist very efficient and on time. My dentist Tara is great! Always explains what she’s doing and is never in a rush if you need more information. Would highly recommend this practice.

My appointment with Liz the Hygienist was great, as always. She is very reassuring and always gives feedback on how I am doing with dental hygiene and highlights areas of concern and strategies to rectify any potential issues going forward.
I feel I must mention however, the dreadful change to your booking system, it is impersonal, not easy to use and marks a distinct decline in my view of a practice I and and my family have been patients of for many years.
Receptionists are the interface with patients, an AI answering system lacks any sort of effective communication. This is definitely not a change for the better and does not make booking an appointment easy or efficient.

After nervously booking in for a wisdom tooth removal, and explaining I was nervous, Nick explained the complete procedure and kept reassuring me as we went along. The team are professional and caring and that’s why we continue to go there 40+ years!
