Visit to the dentist was to see the hygienist and dentist. Really happy with both. Both explained everything to me, went through what I needed to do for the upkeep of my teeth.

A tricky filling expertly carried out.
A deep cavity was discovered during my six monthly check up, and Nick wanted to effect a repair as soon as possible. The cavity was in an awkward position and close to the nerve, but he wanted to avoid root canal treatment, preferring to keep my tooth alive. He and his nurse executed the treatment expertly, keeping me informed at all times of the procedure being carried out.
At no time was I in discomfort, and now the anaesthetic has worn off, I am pain free. An excellent job, thank you.

Nick was excellent.
Thorough, gentle and keen to know that I understood what to do to hopefully alleviate sensitivity pain. If it turns out that I do require further procedures then I’ll feel very comfortable about it.

Refitting dental bridge
Bidford Dental Practice were caring and considerate in attending to my emergency call when my dental bridge needed refitting. My own practice in Stratford was closed for the holiday. Bidford was on the list of recommended practices from Mark Feller.
After an initial delay over lunch time, the receptionist took great care of me helping me to fill in the paperwork before handing me over to Kristina the practice dental nurse and Mr Jas Bardha the dental surgeon who took great care of me. Thank you.

Crown came off
Whilst eating my dinner the other evening my crown came off. I called the surgery expecting to leave a message but a human answered! I explained the situation and she popped me in for an appointment the next morning. I attended the surgery (with crown in hand) and after discussions it was temporarily affixed to (hopefully) see me through Christmas. What a great service (as always guys) .... thank you and Merry Christmas!

My Son who is Autistic had excellent treatment from Nick. He always speaks slowly and sensitively so he can understand what is happening. My Son trusts Nick.
I go into the treatment room with him on some occasions. Nick explains thoroughly about what he has found in the check up and if any further treatment is needed. He also shows my Son and I the pictures on the screen so we can also see what he is describing. Excellent service. Thank you.
