Time with dentist was good, only thing I thought could be better was time keeping, I had to wait for over half an hour. This would have not been such a problem if someone had said they were running late. Being on the nervous side didn't help!

Considerate and thorough treatment
One big replacement filling for this very anxious patient. Nick and his colleague assessed the issue capably and nursed me through an hour of surgery. I cannot speak highly enough of their care. In over 60 years of treatment, I cannot remember being better looked after. Many thanks.

Friendly staff, very caring and listening to what you say. Dentist was very good at her job, talked me all through it. As good an experience you could expect having a wisdom tooth removed.

Everything was first-class
As always everything was first class. Reception, treatment of my wife who has dementia, was caring and the dentist Nic was excellent with both of us.

Quality staff and service
I always feel that I've received special treatment as soon as I enter the door. Extremely polite, caring and everyone takes time to make sure you understand and you leave feeling you've received the best treatment around.

From entering the reception, the experience is friendly and efficient. The staff and professionals are helpful, informative, and advisory, responding positively to any concerns.
I always enjoy my visits regardless of the treatment, as I know I will be looked after. Excellent service.

Top marks
A pleasant welcome on arrival, a vast improvement compared with a dentist in Yorkshire. The dental receptionist was efficient and helpful. More gentle music was a plus. Top marks for cleanliness.
It was the first time I had had an appointment with Nicholas; I had complete confidence in him. The dental nurses were discreet and pleasant. This all helps with the dreaded visit to the dentist!
