Friendly staff and an efficient practice

Visited Nick yesterday to have a filling, I can honestly say that it is probably the most comfortable and natural looking tooth in my mouth! Although the procedure took some while to complete, Nick explained everything that he was doing and was kind, professional and caring throughout. I’m not a fan, like so many, of visiting the dentist but Bidford Dental Practice make their patients feel that they are in assured, competent and caring hands.

Joined the practice when we moved to Bidford, it's a very welcoming place and all the staff are really friendly and make you feel at ease. The dentists are very professional and I cannot fault the treatment and care I have received.

I needed an emergency appointment last week and no where in Evesham, Redditch or Cheltenham would see me. But Bidford did. I have an extreme fear of the dentist and all the staff were very understanding of this and made it as nice of an experience as it can be for myself. I received great treatment and would recommend this practise to everyone! Thank you again to the team

I have been a patient with this practice for over 30years. Nick is now my dentist after taking over from his farther and I can say that the excellent level of care has continued. If you want a dentist this is the place.

Can’t praise this practice too highly. Dentists today bear no resemblance to dentists from 40+ years ago because they are so much better at preserving your teeth, and that is their absolute priority and aim. I now go to Nick Meixner but previously went to his father, Tony, for over 15 years - a lovely man, now retired. The transition to being treated by Nick has been absolutely seamless. He is an excellent dentist, who explains the options open to you very clearly, and I am really delighted with some bridgework he did for me at the end of last year.

When lockdown was easing, I developed a severe tooth abscess - one of the worst Zoe had encountered she said - and I was just a fraction short of needing hospitalisation. Wearing full PPE, Chloe saw me the day I rang about it, and a couple of hours later efficiently removed the offending tooth, as it was impossible to save. Treatment was first class.

I would also like to compliment their dental hygienist, Liz, who is the best I have ever encountered, very professional and knowledgeable.

Reception staff, led by the lovely Rosie, are everything they should be: polite, friendly and efficient. The surgery is immaculately decorated and I can find no fault with Bidford Dental Surgery.

Chloe was very kind, being very welcoming and taking time to explain potential options for my dental treatment. Really appreciated her explaining the pros and cons of different treatment strategies. Also a very professional and friendly practice and I would definitely recommend it

Today I took my 2 children to get a check up. Our dentist was so lovely. Especially with my 9year old daughter who was a little nervous. Tara was so friendly and warm and explained everything she was doing, which put her at total ease. Wonderful service!!!

This practice is absolutely fantastic!! As someone who has horrendous anxiety when at the dentist, this practice is the best I’ve ever been to and so compassionate and caring! 100000% would recommend!

I have been attending Bidford Dental Practice for nearly 40 years.
During this time, I have received excellent treatment, and not just for routine check-ups.
Recently I have had root canal work, a replacement crown and also a wing fit bridge to replace a lost tooth. Prior to the work being done I was given a clear explanation of what each would entail. I was treated with kindness, patience and understanding. I can honestly confirm, in my opinion, my current dentist, Nicholas Meixner has proved to be a worthy successor to his predecessors and I am very satisfied with the service.

My son used to vomit over his previous dentist - he hated going. The environment and staff at Bidford dental are excellent - very welcoming and calm, treating my sons nerves with a warm and gentle approach. He recently had to have a tooth extracted (not due to decay!) and Chloe was amazing. She explained it all and it was a calm experience. The follow up afterwards to check he was ok was a great touch. He’s not scared of going to the dentist or having any work down now!
Totally recommend this dental practice! At least 5 stars!
