I moved over to bidford dental a few months ago with a few issues, I was so pleased with the treatment I received from Chloe. She talked me through the whole process and it's really refreshing to have someone talk you through every step during the treatment. All the staff (dentists, nurses, reception alike) are very friendly and I always feel at ease every visit. If I could give another 5 stars on top I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First visit to this dentist. Very reassuring, talked the whole way through to explain what he was doing and showed me all the images / xrays, which helped to understand. Very nice location too.

Been going to this practice for over 15 years, even flew back from France once especially to get treated by Tony as he is the best dentist I have ever had. ZOE & Rosie are also fantastic on the front desk. Would have given 10 stars if I could and almost only have 3 but it would be unfair on everyone else but one member of staff is so rude, condescending and totally unprofessional. I could not believe the confrontation I was getting about my private life during our last family appointment, was unbelievable and such a shame for the practice.
The practise have now addressed the staff issue so back to the 5* review they deserve

I am so happy that I have found this treasure. I have never liked going to the dentist but Dr Nic has changed my perception. He is kind and caring and explains everything each step of the way. He makes you feel relaxed and comfortable and most importantly NOT AFRAID. He has helped to sort out some major dental work that other dentists were not able to do. I will never go to any other Dentist ever again. I highly recommend Bidford Dental Practice.

I can only thank Nick for being able to assuage my fear of dentists and dental treatment. He is calm, gentle and kind in his manner with the right amount of humour and professionalism! I feel safe in his hands when he guides me through the treatment options and I can honestly say that I feel much calmer when coming into this surgery. All of the nursing and reception staff are polite, friendly and affable. The surgery itself is comfortable and welcoming- with relaxing classical music to greet you in the waiting area. I am so glad that I have moved the whole family to this family run dental practice. Best decision!
Although I wrote this a while ago, I think on my last review, nothing has changed - Nick is still calming and kind and never makes me feel my fears are invalid. He also used a new device, which really helped with the water flow and coldness of water- this reduced the sensitivity and I was able to manage much better. Fab as always. Thank you to the whole team.

I have been a patient of Bidford Dental Practice for 20 years. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

Nick has been my dentist for the last 18 months and he is superb. Before he took over, his father Tony was my dentist for 19 years and Nick is every bit as good.

I am not the easiest of patients, but Nick and everyone else at the practice have always done everything they can to accommodate my particular requirements.

I should also mention Chloe, the other dentist, who I have only seen once but would also highly recommend. And the nurses, whose names I keep forgetting, but are always so friendly and considerate. As are the staff at reception.

My relationship with Bidford dental practice goes back some 25 years.

Today, as with all of my visits during this time whether visiting for dentist or hygienist services was extremely positive. From the warm welcome you receive on entry from the reception team through to the professionalism of the dentists, you feel at ease, safe and in trusted hands.

Highly recommended in a village location where you feel welcome and where dental work whether routine or specialist is explained in a caring manner.

The team here will also work their magic to sort you out with emergency appointments to fit with your diary.

Thanks to everyone at the practice, great team, great job, great service and solutions! Here’s to the next 25 years!

Like most people, I am not a fan of Dentists, in fact I try to avoid at all cost. Unfortunately this strategy has its flaws and most recently I have had to visit the dentist a little too frequent for my liking. To make matters worse I was also told that a different Dentist Nick would now be looking after me and my fear started get worse..... BUT...

Fear not, Nick and the Bidford Dental Practice are brilliant, for the first time I have managed to start to overcome my fear of the dentists drill, the noise and the panic that something terrible is going to go wrong.

I cannot praise the practice enough - Top class and anyone who wants a top notch service - then book to see Nick, a thoroughly dedicated Dentist who explains every step of the Journey and makes sure that you are at ease.

Friendly, professional Practice

Will go again - but hopefully just checkups !!!!

I cannot fault a single thing about this practice, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I have seen both Nick for a general check up and Sally for a clean as a new patient in the last week and both were lovely and very thorough, thank you for making visiting the dentist such a positive experience! The late opening times are great too.
