Reception ladies are so polite.

All my fears were allayed
Not having been to a dentist for over 20 years I was very embarrassed and apprehensive about how the assessment would go. Fortunately all my fears were allayed by Anita who spent a lot of time putting my mind at rest and explaining in detail all the options open to me. I am now extremely happy at the route we have now chosen with her professionalism and have signed up for a course of treatment.

Always an excellent feel when you enter the practice. Unusual for a dentist I suspect. Anita and her assistant took x-rays and explained the results. A clean up of my teeth and I was out in 15 minutes.

I was concerned about a hard piece protruding from the gum above a tooth extraction. Anita explained it was a piece of cortical bone, which should disperse naturally. If not by my next check up, she will consider grinding it down to remove. She took an x-ray to be sure for now.
There was no charge for this check.

My Family and I have been lucky enough to be patients of Billericay Dental studio and Mr McCarthy and Mr Murphy, the previous practice owners , for over 35 years.
