Had a fantastic experience with Queensway throughout my braces journey so far. Katie and Leigh have been so welcoming and made me feel well looked after. They are so personable and really made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Loved the personal touch of remembering about my planned holiday in my birthday card too! Thank you!

It’s such a good service every time I visit and the staff are so understanding and reassuring. They listen to exactly what it is your wanting and they cater to it. For a clinic that’s so popular and busy they still manage to make it feel personal because they are thorough and really listen to you. The staff are so professional and friendly and honestly I couldn’t recommend it more, I usually hate anything to do with getting my teeth looked at or worked on but they managed to make me feel comfortable the entire time. So pleased with the service and my experience there!!

All off the staff at Queensway Billingham have been amazing especially Louise, Leanne, Charlotte and Amanda. From the start to finish of my Invisalign journey nothing has been to much of a problem they’ve been really helpful, any questions I’ve asked they’ve come straight back to me and I’m really happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Queensway!

Leigh and Hollie were amazing, explained everything at each step. Constantly checked I was comfortable. My teeth look so much cleaner and also gave future advice on how to keep my gums as healthy as possible.
