I had fixed braces. I had such a pleasant experience after seeing a photo of myself at a wedding I thought I could not believe I hadn’t noticed how bad my teeth were! So I got myself booked in! I had a deadline for my cousins wedding as I was bridesmaid and wanted a perfect smile. Guy and Chantelle and Katie saw to this and gave me that perfect smile! The team are literally the best at what they do and are the kindest most loveliest people I’ve ever met. The whole team all went above and beyond to get me my perfect smile. And they did just that. I was anxious about having braces but they all put me at ease. I would recommend everyone to visit Queensway orthodontics.

I am now coming to the end of my orthodontic treatment and the service I have received has been outstanding. The results I am seeing are just fabulous and my only regret is that I didn't come to Queensway sooner. I am beyond pleased with the excellent care that I have received from Katie. My visits to Katie are always a positive experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Katie has a calming presence and always creates a welcoming atmosphere and genuinely cares about the treatment she gives. Thank you so much Katie. The Dental Nurse, Victoria, involved in my visits has been so lovely and makes me feel at ease, she is a credit to your practice. I started my orthodontic journey with Queensway Billingham in November 2020. I booked a virtual consultation with Leanne after submitting pictures of my teeth; she talked me through my options and length of treatment - I was initially going to get full ceramic braces but Leanne discussed having ceramic on top and fixed braces on the bottom, which I never thought was an option (and also a bit cheaper!). Leanne booked me in for an assessment at the practice where Louise assessed my teeth for treatment and confirmed my quote. I booked my next appointment to get my braces from there. The whole process has been so easy and straightforward. Every member of staff in the practice is so friendly and helpful! They have robust Covid measures in place - I am impressed by their use of technology to reduce the amount of patients in the practice at once. They have great finance options to make orthodontic treatment affordable. I would definitely recommend! Thank you all for the brilliant service you have provided so far.

I have always been self conscious of my teeth, but after seeing the great reviews about Queensway, I decided to go for a consultation. Everybody was kind, polite and relaxed and you could tell everyone really enjoyed their job and loved working there (we discussed gel nails at my very first appointment!!) After being told my teeth would be sorted with no problems, I bit the bullet and went for it- I have never looked back!! I'm almost at the end of my treatment and cannot wait for the end result.. The amount of compliments I've had already is just crazy! I highly recommend Queensway and at any given chance, I tell people about them and push for people to give them a try!!

When my daughter had to wear block braces, I was nervous for her, I read people's feedback, and worried about her, the first few days took time to get used to them, but like the orthodontic said, the more you wear them the quicker you get them out, and this was true, she soon went on to fixed braces, went in alone for them due to covid, the staff are friendly, approachable, and efficient. She's now had treatment for a year and a half, and already the results are amazing, I am so pleased she's stuck to the treatment, worn them as she was told, not eaten things she shouldn't etc. We now are looking forward to finishing her treatment. Can't wait to see the final results. Totally recommend Queens way orthodontics.
