I enquired about Invisalign at the beginning of the year and the process has been so quick and easy. I had a virtual consultation to discuss my options before going in to have my initial appointment and scans. The practice is covid secure and I felt very reassured with all the precautions in place. All of the staff are so lovely, answered all my questions and put me at ease on my first fitting. I've had my aligners for almost 3 weeks and I am so excited for the final result! I can't believe how discreet the aligners are and wish I had done it sooner!

I couldn’t recommend Queensway highly enough. I felt part of the ‘family’ as soon as I walked through the door and each orthodontist has been so attentive and reassuring. I am happy with how regular my appointments are, I feel comfortable in ringing them up and seeking advice if I have any questions in between appointments, and I’ve even had one emergency appointment which they were able to make room for (in their very busy diary) the following day. I am four months into my braces treatment and I can already say that it was the BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! I feel so confident and looked after on this journey and that’s all thanks to Queensway.

Queensway making Mondays that little bit better!!
I started my Invisalign journey about 4 months ago with Queensway Darlington. All of the staff have been so lovely and promptly at hand for any help/information when needed!
I feel like I'm rapidly going through my aligners and can't wait to see the end result.
My confidence grows a little more every Monday when I receive that notification to move up an aligner for the smile I've always wanted!

My journey with Queensway has been above and beyond the 5 star treatment ! From my first consultation I felt totally at ease and trusted the plan Guy had put together to get the best results for the perfect smile. Every appointment has been amazing and pain free. The team have always involved me with my treatment and talked me through what they aim to achieve between each visit. No question is left unanswered. I absolutely love having my brace and will miss it once it’s removed but I can’t wait to see the final reveal once they are removed ! Two of my friends have since started their Queensway journey and are also reaping the rewards towards their perfect smile. Best decision I ever made was to get my brace with Queensway !

I started my Invisalign journey with Queensway in August 2020 and I am currently on aligner 26/27. I use the dental monitoring system which means I can scan my teeth weekly from home. This is perfect for me as I work full time. Although I don’t see my dentist often, the team are always on hand should I have any questions or queries ☺️. I can’t wait to complete my treatment and would definitely recommend Queensway to anyone who might be considering adult braces!

I’ve been with Queensway orthodontist at billingham for the last year. I had my first appointment just before the pandemic and the first lockdown however when I was ready to get my first Invisalign done I was unable to visit the practise so they sent everything in the post, it was so easy to keep track off, you do your scans through an app on your phone which is very efficient when you work as this means less appointments. Guy was fantastic, shaping my teeth when my treatment was complete and the girls are so friendly. Katie and Maddie did my last removal of attachments and they are a credit to the team. My teeth look amazing. Thank you so much to the billingham practise.
