Queensway Orthodontics (Billingham)

My daughter, Cassie and myself (Gez, father) had a good experience at the Orthodontics in Billingham. At each step all was explained also every few minutes Cassie was asked if she was okay.

Doctor and nurse were professional and helpful.

The orthodontist was excellent with my son and mindful to include him in the conversation. She also explained everything in a way he could understand.

I visited Queensway for the first time on Tuesday 26 January 2021. It couldn't have gone better. From the moment I walked in, I instantly felt welcomed and looked after. Leanne my Dental Nurse was so lovely and chatty, immediately putting my mind at rest. She was so knowledgeable when it came to knowing about my treatment, which was so reassuring. Dr Louise Carter was excellent too, lovely but, straight to the point- which is exactly what I wanted. I was blown away at the standard of the technology they provided- definitely a lot better than my local dentist! I begin my treatment with Queensway on March 2nd and it can't come around quick enough! Excited to visit the practice again and meet the lovely, attentive staff. Thank you to everyone.

I had braces fitted by Queensway it was the best thing I ever did I wanted nice teeth for my wedding and I couldn’t recommend Queensway enough all the staff were so lovely and friendly from my very first appointment till me getting them off. And still so helpful with anything I need now always there to help. Thank you so much for the brilliant service and thank you so much for giving me the smile I’ve always wanted.

I never wanted to show my teeth when I smiled so booked a consultation with Queensway....from that first message and throughout every person I spoke to or met was professional, friendly and brilliant at what they do. My treatment is now complete and I’m thrilled with the results and ongoing aftercare.

Just completed my invisalign treatment at Queensway Billingham and can't speak highly enough of the professional and friendliness of the staff there. They really are a credit to their profession. The treatment went really well even though it was delayed by the covid pandemic. Once back after initial lock down the safe procedures in place were excellent. I am 100% happy with my smile now after contemplating for years whether to have braces or not. Special thanks to Louise (orthodontist) and Gemma who took initial scans and talked me through the journey. I now know personally why Queensway is the top rated orthodontists in the North East.

I couldn't have had a better experience at Queensway, Guy and all of the staff were incredible from start to finish! Also had my first online retainer check up the other day with Laura and she was great!

I've always been so paranoid about the way my teeth looked. I would rarely smile with my teeth out and was always conscious of people looking at them. Everyone would say they were fine - they weren't!

I went for a free consultation at Queensway Billingham a few years ago, but because I'm a nightmare with driving I put it off and went to my own dentist for a consultation (simply because it was convenient). The two consultations could not have been more different! I left my own dentist traumatised because they suggested removing teeth from the front! It completely put me off!

After being asked to be my sister's maid of honour (and already dreading the awkward closed mouth smiles), I quickly went back to Queensway, and in September 2019 I had my fixed braces fitted - with no teeth removed! I chose fixed braces as I didn't want the option to remove them, I know what I'm like!

I've had my braces on for over a year now and I'm expected to have them off around March 2021. Everyone at Queensway has been really lovely, and so patient with me - as I'm a bit of a nightmare! Every worry I've had, or minor issue, was fixed quickly and efficiently.

I think I've smiled more with my teeth out (in braces) than I ever have without! Thanks to all the wonderful girls at Queensway Billingham.

I’ve always questioned getting my teeth straightened for the time and the price. However I couldn’t recommend Invisalign to anymore more now that I’ve started my journey! It is effortless and with the help of the Queensway team it feels like a luxury. From the consultation all the way to getting them fitted I’ve had constant support. It makes every penny worth it and I genuinely feel like I’m getting the highest standard of service. Each member of staff from the dental nurses to my orthodontist to the receptionist each one has made me feel welcome and honestly I get excited when visiting the surgery.

Highly recommend and I can’t wait to continue my journey.

Lovely staff; all very professional and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. They've handled the COVID situation with the utmost of care and made it look easy. The place is absolutely immaculate too. If you're thinking of getting Invisalign, this is a brilliant place to go. I went for initial consultations at a few other places in the area and none of them seemed to be even close to Queensway in terms of technology or expertise. They scan your mouth with a machine now rather than using the old school mouth mould, so that was a big selling point for me, and you take a scan box home with you so you can send updates on your teeth alignment progress directly to your orthodontist for weekly review. It's been an absolutely painless process so far and I'm on aligner 20 out of 26. Thanks Guy, guys? and girls.

I attented Queensway Orthodontics at Billingham for the Invisalign brace finished with a course of teeth whitening. Literally one of the best things I've done! My smile has been completely transformed. Guy and the team were brilliant, nothing was ever a problem and i am over the moon with the end result- with no bonding needed! Always the best smiles from Queensway ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

5* service from start to finish at Queensway, from the consultation to the end appointment I felt so welcomed, comfortable and in good hands. Even in the midst of a pandemic I was kept well informed of everything happening and my progress was monitored throughout and any questions I had were always answered so quickly through the dental monitoring app. Every single staff member I seen at Queensway was so warm and welcoming I could not recommend the place enough and I am over the moon with my Invisalign results.
