After nearly three years of treatment my braces were took off by my orthodontist Guy, Therapist Katie and Dental Nurse Wallis. Unbelievably happy with the final result. I feel the whole team went above and beyond to ensure my happiness and comfort throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend this practice enough!!

Beyond happy with the service I’ve continually received for the past two, nearly three years. My last couple of appointments to take my fixed braces off have been delayed with the unfortunate current pandemic but Queensway Orthodontics were in contact immediately and then eased my mind with a virtual online appointment. I must say how forward thinking this tool is and really works in the clients favour.

The people at Queensway are absolutely incredible. I have been well looked after the entire time and I could not be more grateful for their kindness. I owe a massive thank you to Katie and Kaitlin who fitted my Invisalign last week. They were so lovely and did a great job!!

From start to finish, the team here kept me informed and felt safe at all times.

So today I had my final consultation with the queensway team, and after 18 months of having a brace, just like that it's off. Back in March 2019 I got my brace on and was welcomed into the queensway family. When you say it's the small things that matter and make the difference, I really mean it, the team go out of their way to take great care of you both in the practice and outside of the practice. Over the initial months of the Coronovirus Pandemic the team made sure that they were still able to support you to the best of their ability whilst not being able to see you face to face and also adjusting their own lifestyles like us all. From online consultations to online shops and constant contact, you always knew that you were in the best hands. I would like to say a huge thank you to the team that personally dealt with me from beginning to end - Katie, Emily, Laura and Louise. I would highly recommend queensway orthodontics to anybody wanting to have a smile they could be proud to show off.

I dont know where to start, genuinely struggling to find words great enough to describe my experience at Queensway Billingham (and I'm never usually lost for words). So, I booked a free consultation on a bit of a whim really. A little intrigued and thought "why not, its free". From the moment I stepped into the practice, I could sense the professionalism and kindness of the staff. All my questions were answered and I felt so at ease and instantly wanted to go ahead with a fixed brace. Throughout my treatment ALL the staff have been amazing and so knowledgeable and I mean this with a hand on my heart, I have never seen such good (and consistent) customer service anywhere, ever! You are treated like family there. I'm really going to miss seeing everyone, especially my absolutely amazing orthodontic therapist Laura and also Guy who blows you away with his knowledge and always puts a smile on your face with his bubbly personality. Im a big believer that there is no such thing as "perfect" and therefore always room for improvement, however I geneuinly cant find a single thing that could have been done differently. My journey and treatment with Queensway has geneuinly been perfect... as are my teeth! From the bottom of my heart, ill be forever grateful for the leap in confidence you have all provided me with. For the first time in my life, it feels amazing to smile! Thank you so, so much!

I suffer from EXTREME anxiety ,to the point where I am sedated even for cleaning of teeth. Having just undergone major dental work I can't thank Mr Lane and his team enough and would highly recommend Queensway to anyone anxious or not. The payment plans on offer are also a bonus for people like me that need a lot of work. I can't thank them enough

Guy, Gemma and the whole team have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They have went above and beyond to make sure my treatment has been of the highest quality. Would highly recommend, 10/10.

I had my invisilign fitted today and i can't say how pleased i am to have started this with queesway. I believe queensway is the best in the business and i am extremely confident in the end result. The staff where amazing today as always and i cant thank them enough for supporting me and helping me even through these difficult time. 10/10 all round

After just having my races removed I couldn't be happier they look brilliant, I cant thank the whole team at Queensway enough especially Jade and Kailee they have always been very friendly and helpful with everything.

I had my initial consultation online and then I had to attend the practice at Queensway.
I have opted for 18 months of Invisalign treatment.
All the staff are amazing and so friendly.
Emily made me feel so relaxed on my first visit and explained everything so well.
I also met Guy to and he was so personable and made me feel at ease.
I visited again last week and had my braces fitted and again the visit was stress free and I felt very safe
As a nervous patient I was anxious but honestly there is nothing to worry about. Each visit feels like a visit to a spa not a dentist. Just a shame they don't have a hot tub ha ha

Having waited until my 30's to straighten my teeth, I was really nervous about getting braces but from my first consultation with Guy I was totally put at ease and couldnt wait to start treatment. Guy explained how my treatment would look from start to finish and I was very impressed with the professional and friendly service I received. During my two year journey with Queensway it has been nothing but positive from every aspect, from the reception team through to Dental Nurse Leanne, all the staff at Queensway really do go above and beyond to make your experience fantastic. A special thank you to Laura who was my Therapist, she really is the best and especially during Lockdown with the virtual appointments!

After many years of not liking my teeth, today I took the plunge. I had a consultation with Guy Deeming and Treatment coordinator Leanne. After the consultation I came out feeling very positive about my new smile. I go into the practice on Thursday to get a digital scan and photos taken and start my Invisalign journey. I can't wait to show my Queensway smile off at my wedding! Highly reccomend Queensway Orthodontics!

I have loved my experience with queensway, I am half way through my treatment and my ortho nurse Laura has been brilliant! Everything is so organised, my appointments have been flexible around my working hours and they have always been a phone call away for any questions I have had! Would recommend them to anyone!

My daughter had her first appointment today since lockdown. We were very impressed with the information we received before the appointment. My daughter was a bit nervous about what to expect before hand so they allowed me in with her. I first seen Queensway on Instagram and I was amazed by the end results of pictures that I was seeing so I decided to book a consultation.

As a practice, Queensway orthodontics were so professional and made me feel very at ease and confident during every appointment that I was receiving the best care! I had been to previous orthodontists to have fixed braces but never went ahead with it as I didn’t feel confident that I would be happy with the end result.

Chantelle was a huge part of my confidence at Queensway, she made me feel relaxed and she was so professional and informative during the whole process and could not do enough for me!

I now have amazing teeth and it is all thanks to Queensway, it has changed my life completely, I am so much more confident and outgoing and would recommend them to anyone.
