Queensway Orthodontics (Billingham)

All I can say is WOW the service I received from that very first moment of contacting Queensway was amazing, so professional and extremely helpful with all of my queries. I had my first appointment on Tuesday since their reopening and was made clear as to what I needed to do regarding this appointment. The building was extremely clean and safe with consistent cleaning throughout my visit. I am now in the very first stages of undergoing my treatment and are over the moon with the support given already. Leanne the treatment coordinator has been amazing and nothing is ever to much for her, I have had multiple queries which have all been answered by Leanne in a matter of hours.

Due to coronavirus, my appointment got pushed back as it was not urgent so i expected a longer wait but no, the team at Queensway did everything possible to ensure I was rebooked in as soon as possible which in fact was a matter of days after my official cancellation. The service is 5 star, the cleanliness is 5 star and overall if I could give more than 5 stars I would and I haven’t even started my treatment yet !!

I can’t wait to start my new smile journey alongside a team that really understands what I need and gives me the support regarding my new smile. Thank you all at Queensway !🤩👍

I started my treatment just before the start of lockdown, and despite this I have had a really positive experience so far. Anytime I have contacted the team they have always replied quickly and have been so so helpful. I encountered a problem and they did their best to trouble shoot so my treatment wasn't halted. I had an appointment this week at the practice and it was brilliant. It was very organised, and it felt very safe. I am so grateful for the help and support of the whole team.

Today i had my 1st appointment since Queensway reopened. I had clear instructions through email about what to do/where to go and how the appointment will go. I was greeted at the meeting point, i had my temperature taken, washed hands and was given a mask to wear. I was then shown to the room and my appointment took place. Everybody had full PPE on which put my mind at ease. Everybody i seen was professional, friendly and calm which made it all easy and straight forward. Great experience as always. Thanks Queensway!

My daughter has had her first online review for her fixed braces with Laura at Queensway Orthodontics and we had a real laugh doing the pictures, it took us several takes because neither of us could stop laughing at the funny faces she pulled to achieve the photographs. We were invited to attend the online review the next day after submitting the photos and all was well, we did not have any issues to report and we felt reassured that Laura had been able to get a good look at her teeth from the pictures we sent. I am very pleased with the level of service offered by Queensway Orthodontics, all the staff are always friendly, smiling and welcoming, I cannot recommend them highly enough and the way they have adapted to the circumstances we find ourselves in and kept us up to date with their excellent communications. Thank you

Cannot praise these guys enough. From my initial enquiry to the consultation with Guy to the advise from the hygienist and braces being fitted by Laura the whole experience has been great. I had braces fitted 3 months ago and was due for my 1st review, but this wasn’t possible because of the current situation. Instead had a digital review with Laura. She was great, she went through everything, made sure I was happy and not having any issues, updated me with my progress and discussed future plans. These guys are always there to help and always go above and beyond. Absolutely amazing team. Wish I went for braces years ago. Thanks Queensway.

Absolutely the best service I have ever had in dentistry. I hated going to the dentist, and as I have reached 27 years, my teeth are more cramped together due to my wisdom teeth coming through. I have had to have a tooth removed to make space and I was so nervous for this. The team made me feel really at ease. I got invisalign braces, and just started the treatment. From start to finish, the team have been great, so supportive - and the technology is amazing! I literally use an App and teeth scanning equipment to connect with the dentist in the UK (as I live in the Netherlands). The free consultation really was an added benefit too! So far, amazing! I look forward to following the progress of my smile changing on my app! :) Thank you Queensway!

All my life I have had a fear of dentists and dental treatment, that coupled with a severe gag reflex has meant that the dental treatment I have had in the past has not been the best, hurried treatment “a quick fix” in order to get me out of the surgery a left me with an unsightly set of teeth.
Realising that I had to address this problem I was recommended to Queensway, I have undergone extensive treatments under the expert guidance of Paul Howlett and his assistant/nurse Natash who were sympathetic to my needs and fears.
The result is amazing I am now dentally fit and am once again confident enough to smile for photographs.
Another great result is that my fear of dentists and also my gag reflex has all but gone and I am happy to attend appointments without fear.
A huge thank you to Queensway and Paul & Tash in particular.

I attended for dental treatment because I have extreme anxiety when going to dentist. The dentist that treated me was very reassuring , professional and explained every thing at each step of the way. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.The appointments were made at my convenience . Overall the service was excellent.

Absolutely amazing team who make you feel part of their ever expanding family! I have had my braces on for over a year now and the difference is incredible. The service and professionalism of the team is second to none. Katie & Guy always make me feel reassured at every appointment and are always happy to offer their advice. The knowledge of the whole team is great! I have had nothing but a positive experience and would 100% recommend as I wouldnt trust anywhere else! I cannot wait to see my results when I finally finish treatment!

Originally I went to 3 different practices in the area to discuss potential teeth alignment and the team at Queensway were by far the most welcoming and professional. Guy's qualifications, experience and passion sealed the deal and after 1 year of Invisalign treatment I couldn't be happier with the end results. Guy and the team did a smashing job and my weekly check up through the dental monitoring app meant I rarely had to take time off to travel to the practice. I'd 100% recommend at least checking them out if you're considering treatment in the north east. (Big thanks again to the whole squad!)
