The dental therapist and nurse Katie and Lauren are super friendly and always make the brace tightening a quick and easy process. Guy always checks over the progress so you know you're in good hands. I can't thank Guy and the Queensway team enough. Following fixed brace treatment as a teenager my perfectly straight teeth moved again in every direction after not wearing my retainer as instructed. As an adult my wonky teeth popping out of my clenched lips on my wedding photos was the final straw and I decided to visit Queensway which came recommended by my dentist. After considering going down the fixed brace route for a second time Leanne helped me work through my options and I decided Invisalign was a better fit for me and would make me less self conscious in my customer facing job. Invisalign also allowed me the flexibility to change my trays at my own pace, this delayed the straightening process but Queensway were really supportive of this even though my decision also cost them more time too. Literally every member of staff I have come into contact with over the years have been enthusiastic, helpful and professional. I can't thank the entire team enough, special thanks to Guy, Leanne, Laura and Emily.

Just finished my journey with queensway, firstly with fixed braces, then whitening and finished off with a composite filling on my front tooth.
I can’t recommend these these guys enough.
Guy and Katie on the orthodontist side we’re amazing, constantly explaining everything and very understanding when I was feeling nervous.
Ian lane on the dentistry side was fab to, he made an old front tooth filling look amazing, and explained everything he was doing and why.
If your pondering about having braces or cosmetic dentistry I would highly recommend you try these guys you won’t be disappointed

At 58 I thought I would have to live with crooked lower teeth but was assured at the free consultation that they would be straightened. Two years on and they were right and I can now smile with confidence. Guy and his team have been professional throughout and I would recommend them to anybody needing orthodontic treatment, no matter how old !

I was referred to Dr Guy Deeming by my own dentist and a cosmetic dentist because of a very unusual bite which was resulting in significant wear to my teeth. One option was surgery to my jaw, which I didn't want to undergo. The other option was protracted orthodontic treatment.
I opted for the latter, supervised by Guy, Katie and Lauren. I am amazed with the results so far, and delighted with the treatment I have received. It is often difficult to reconcile professionalism, care and kindness, but this team manage all of that and more!
Although I still have braces on, I have found myself daring to smile fully for the first time since childhood!

My daughter jessica had braces fitted 3 days before Christmas 2017 because her teeth were horrendous. We've just been back for our final consultation and removal of of her braces after just 11 months.
She's amazed by the results as are we. She's chuffed and can't stop smiling now.
The team are absolutely amazing and made us at ease throughout our time.

I have just had my braces taken off after 18 months of treatment at Queensway in Billingham and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Guy and Katie were both so lovely and professional and made me feel so comfortable, I am terrified of the dentist and never believe I would go through with having treatment and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done! I can’t thank them enough x

You honestly can't get any better than Queensway! The whole team is amazing. They're super friendly and professional and will make you feel at ease almost straight away.
I'm really pleased with the outcome of my teeth and that I can finally smile and talk to people. If you need your teeth sorting then this is the place to be.

I had really good results with my fixed brace, with special thanks to my dental therapist Katie who took over from Guy with my treatment. Also fantastic aftercare with my retainers (teeth scanned by Holly) highly recommend Queensway Orthodontics!

My daughter had her braces fitted 2 weeks ago by Cat. Cat was excellent with her explaining everything she was going to do step by step. Cat ensured my daughter was happy with everything she did and happily answered all my questions I had. My daughter then went into see Gemma who went over how to care for her teeth and braces. She was very patient with us explaining everything showing how to clean them and what she can and can't eat. Again answering all my questions without hesitation saying if we have any worries they are always there to answer questions. We came away very happy and knowledable on how to care for the braces. A few days later I went back in to buy some gel for my daughter's gums as they were a bit sore. The receptionist took my daughter's name And asked questions to ensure that everything else was ok and if any problems to take her back to be checked. 2 weeks on and she is doing great. Can't thank queensway enough for all the care and professionalism we have received so far.

My son recently completed his orthodontic treatment at Queensway very happy with the result and the service we received from the staff. He did need a couple of emergency appointments during his 18 months of treatment due to loose brackets and was always squeezed in within a couple of days. Highly recommend the practice will be returning for my younger sons treatment next year wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Couldn't recommend Queensway Orthodontics more highly. From the first appointment with Leanne and Guy through to having my photographs with Wallis, all members of staff were fantastic and put me at ease. I've just started my Invisalign treatment and dental monitoring which I must say Michelle explained really well and I can't wait to see the finished result!
