Queensway Orthodontics (Billingham)

Visited on the 6th sept My appoitment was with Chantelle and Emily. This appointment was to remove my attachments as I had my wedding coming up. I dont enjoy having this done as my teeth are very sensitive but i could not praise Chantelle and Emily enough for putting me at ease. Chantelle had offered to work through her lunch to fit me in before my wedding , she went above and beyond!!! Cant praise them enough! 5STAR!!!

Great experience so far at Queensway and the most in depth consultation I could have asked for, far exceeded expectations. Great, professional team!! Highly recommend to anyone!

After a couple of consultations Guy has made me feel completely at ease and I cannot wait to start my journey to a new straight smile. He is very professional and ensures you understand everything. There’s also absolutely no pressure from anyone. All the girls that are part of the team that I have met have been nothing but lovely to me. 100% recommend Queensway - and I cannot wait to see my end result!

Quarter of the way through my Invisalign and I can’t wait to see the finished results! Fab dentist and fab people working there! Would 100% recommend Queensway to anyone 😁

I’m not really one for writing reviews, but after my recent experience with Queensway Orthodontics I felt the need to share my experience. I have recently completed care with Queensway, wearing fixed braces for 11.5 months and then went over to Queensway Smiles and had a course of teeth whitening and composite veneers on 4 teeth on my top set. I can’t praise or thank Queensway Orthodontics and Queensway Smiles more for their professionalism, care, support and “nothing was too much trouble” attitude. They made what was initially quite a daunting experience, into a pleasurable one. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my teeth and my smile. The team truly were amazing from the friendly welcome from Chantelle on reception. To the initial information and support provided by Leanne and Jo when first choosing to use Queensway to transform my smile. Then to the amazing care of Guy Deeming and his team, Chantelle, Michelle and Katie (apologies if I’ve missed anyone) you truly were all exceptional. Then finishing my experience with Dr Will Carter for teeth whitening and composite veneers. After what feels like a lifetime, I now have the the smile I’ve dreamed of and one I’m definitely proud of!! Well done Queensway!!! You will be highly recommended!!!

More than half way through my ortho treatment....my smile is amazing ...alot of comments made from friends and family see the difference ...seen a few of the girls.this is a great team keep up the good work guys x

Just got my braces off after 2 years of wearing them. My teeth were literally everywhere, and to see a perfect, straight set of teeth in the mirror is almost too surreal to be true.

All the staff that assisted me in my treatment were lovely and kind, always smiling and making me feel welcome whenether I came to see them for an appointment.

If you are self-concious about your teeth/smile, or you just want to have immaculate teeth, I wouldn't go anywhere else for free treatment under the NHS if you are under 18 and affordable for anyone else who is over 18 and wants to recieve life-changing treatment. Their services are of the highest quality, and you get the impression that you aren't just another customer, or number. All the staff seem to enjoy their job, improving peoples lives and helping raise their confidence and ability to smile.

I cannot reccomend their services more, and if I could give them higher than 5 stars, I most certaintly would.

Thank you for taking 2 years of my life and making my new smile last for the remainder of my life. :)

My experience at this place was excellent, I was fixed with upper and lower braces for 2 years and I've not long had them off and now I'm fitted with the retainer and I'm so happy with the way my teeth have turned out

Our daughter Jay was referred and met with Guy and Katie last August, she was fitted with upper and lower braces to align her teeth, yesterday the braces came off and what a difference! She is over the moon with her new smile and spends ages in the mirror looking at her self no change there I suppose. QO and everyone we came into contact with were brilliant explaining the treatment process at very stage throughout. Special thanks to Guy for the initial diagnosis and to Katie for carrying out the work required, think our other daughter is getting referred soon. Thanks again guys and girls you made a stressful time a whole lot easier.
