Queensway have been working with my son for around 18 months to straighten his teeth. Today was the big reveal and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The Queensway team have been superb in keeping us informed of his progress and next steps. They are always professional, pleasant and accommodating especially since the pandemic. I couldn't recommend them highly enough definitely 5 stars.

The progress has been incredible
Expected to have braces on for 2 years. I have had them removed this week after less than 12 months. The progress has been incredible.
The staff have been amazing and very supportive when I've had issues like snapping brace etc nothing has been too much trouble for them to resolve...even in a pandemic.

Back at Queensway for the second time and still the same warm welcome and amazing staff as last time! Laura looked after me and reassured me as always and keisha was so friendly too! From the girls on the phone to getting in the chair with Laura again, everyone is so helpful and nice. Can’t recommend this place enough! My 13 year old son had his brace fitted by Jo and her dental nurse, she talked through what was going to happen at every stage, engaged myself as well and made my son feel really comfortable throughout.

All of the staff are friendly, polite and very professional.
