Queensway Orthodontics (Billingham)

Usually amazing but not yesterday. Usually always running late which is fine - but made it really clear when I booked yesterday’s app I had an important meeting I had to leave by 1:45pm and when I booked the app I was told it would be fine I’m the first app of the afternoon and it’ll take less than 15 mins. I arrived 10 minutes early for my app and rang to check in and explained again the importance of me being away within 15 mins and asked if you were running late it’s absolutely fine but could someone call me so I know and can make my way home. 1:40pm I was still on my car no one called so I rang again. I was told someone was coming for me now wait at the meeting point so I went straight down. I was stood at the meeting point for another 5 minutes. By the time the girl came for me it was 1:45pm which is when I needed to go... but what could I do I don’t want my teeth to move and the lady promised she would be 5 minutes. She told me she didn’t know I needed to be away and I said I thought I was the first app of the day? She said you were but I squeezed someone else in because I didn’t know you were in a rush!
Anyway it took longer than 5 minutes because the retainers were stuck when I put them in and ended up chipping my tooth with the amount of force needed to pull the retainer out my mouth.

My 14 year old daughter had braces fitted last February and has just had them removed! Fantastic, friendly service throughout lockdown. Her teeth are beautiful! Thank you so much 😊

Just had our initial virtual assessment and found this method extremely helpful, not having to travel, and the swiftness of the appointment was fantastic. The lady dentist we spoke with was really lovely and friendly and made us very at ease. Appointments using this method are definitely the way forward, being flexible to allow it to happen on a weekend without having to take time off work and school. Thank you very much.

I've had fixed braces on for 15 months and the service has been excellent! Even through lockdown the team were amazing at communicating! I've recently had my braces off and I love my teeth! The girls are always so kind and friendly! Looking forward to whitening this week and have a consult booked for a, veneer replacement and composite bonding 😁

Overall I’ve had a positive experience at Queensway and they have always been fast to respond when I have had questions etc. However, I have found it difficult to get an appointment with Guy. Waiting time I was told was 8 weeks when I wanted to cancel an appointment and attend a funeral.
The appointment system isn’t the best as you’re never sure if you have checked in or not and always people outside saying they’ve been waiting a long time.
Finally, just had fixed retainers fitted and wasn’t given any info about how to care for them or how to floss etc with them.

I had my Invisalign braces fitted this week and the service has been excellent so far. Very easy to contact them and any queries were answered immediately.
Katie and Jade were very professional and settled my nerves when getting the braces fitted.
All the equipment is provided within the quoted cost and I left feeling excited to start the Invisalign process with them.

How quick we waited for an appointment and the staff are lovely.

I'm 6 months in with my braces. The service I've had from Queensway so far has been exceptional. From getting help with changing appointments to fit around my job to receiving the first class service in the chair. Special shout out to Jo & Brit for making me feel so relaxed!

My son and I went for a consultation for orthodontic treatment and were very pleased with the service we received. All the the girls were lovely and friendly. We had our consultation wth Leanne she was able to answer all our questions and concerns. So knowledgeable, She was brilliant. We had a phone consultation with another girl called Leanne she was also very helpful.
