After a few years of deliberation, I finally decided to get my Invisalign retainer fitted last Monday. Couldn’t have picked a better practice to get this done, as Queensway has offered a fantastic and highly professional service throughout the entire process. I started my braces journey here 3 months ago and can't say good enough things about it. Their treatment plans are so flexible, the doctors are fantastic. Dr Guy is simply a magician and the whole team is very friendly, from the admin to the nurses, everyone, so kind, welcoming and reasurring. Any issues I've had with the brace were handled swiftly and with so much care. It's definitely worth every penny and I'm looking forward to having a beautiful smile at the end of my treatment. I just think it's definitely the best place to go to in the whole of North East, the hype is real and the quality of work fantastic. I'd happily recommend it to anyone thinking about improving their smile.

I started my treatment in January 2021 and am going for my 2nd appointment today. I have had a great experience with this team so far. Guy is my ortgodontist, he is great. Katie and Lisa are my therapists. Putting the attachments for the braces on is a little uncomfortable but Katie did an absolutely smashing job. She was constantly speaking to me while working on the attachments which made me feel a lot better.
Looking forward to seeing them again ☺️

I felt very safe
All staff were very welcoming and friendly and I felt very safe regarding covid procedures. I was talked through all my treatment so I was fully aware of what they were doing and felt very comfortable.
