My NHS dentist referred me to Shiraz Endo for private root canal treatment on a very complex tooth, plus re-treatment on a tooth that had failed (previously treated years ago by another dentist). My regular dentist had advised they didn't have the expertise to move forward, but spoke extremely positively of Shiraz Endo. Staff were not only experts, but really approachable, clear, friendly, and accommodating as well. They offer an outstanding personal service and I'm really grateful to them for all their support. My first point of contact was Mary via phone who had a professional and friendly manner and was accommodating for my first assessment around my working hours and this continued for the next 2 appointments too. She was very welcoming when attending and the practice was very clean and waiting area felt very homely.
I had to attend as my own dentist had had a mishap with my root canal and wanted to have it redone to save my tooth.
My dentist Chris Burn explained everything clearly step by step and felt he was compassionate and dedicated to his work. He truly cared about the patient and the care was exceptional, best I've ever come across. I knew he wanted the best out come for me possible as he had to rectify the previous work I'd had done and i had every confidence in him from start to finish that he was able to. Both him and Chloe (the amazing nurse) were very reassuring and calming throughout the whole treatment. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Both the quality of service and also the personal approach that I received were outstanding. Nida, Chloe, and the reception staff have been extremely supportive, approachable, and accommodating throughout the whole journey. I always felt looped in and able to ask questions and be heard, and that they genuinely cared. That type of service is invaluable. At a time when people are struggling to access the dental services they need, I'm entirely grateful to the team at Shiraz for going above and beyond to help with discussing root canal on my complex teeth. My NHS dentist wasn't able to take this forward due to atypical roots. They highly recommended a referral to Shiraz and I now know why!
