Relaxed atmosphere. Been refurbished this year which is pleasant but reduced seating area. The seating area used to be bright and overlooked the garden. That is now another dentist room ( less able friendly)

Compassion and understanding
It's taken me years to build trust with a dentist after a truly awful, traumatic experience as a child. Now in my 40s, Louisa has given me confidence to attend and given me professional treatment throughout. Louisa gives me time, compassion and understanding. Thank you

The dentist I saw is very rude and dismissive. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an appointment with this gentleman and felt compelled to tell him I did not appreciate his tone or attitude in response to my questions.
